I had a positive experience with Taylormade. I accidentally flew my drone into a concrete pump truck boom building a house, causing it to land in wet concrete and break my gimbal. He provided thorough communication and offered reasonable pricing for the delicate repairs my drone needed. Taylormade was able to repair this damage at a reasonable price.
I crashed my drone into a tree (very smart of me) and Taylor was not only able to help me repair it, but also gave me great advice on flying and tips on accessories to make future flights even safer! Responses were timely and thorough. Respectfully, I hope to never need to repair my drone again; but, if I do, I am going back to Taylor & will be sending others his way should they need serviced! Very satisfied I was able to get my drone fix, especially since DJI isn’t really able to help much anymore. The process was painless and easy. He stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process and kept me informed.
The bad reviews have to be a mistake. Taylor was prompt and over communicated everything from start to finish. His pricing is fair, his turnaround time was incredibly fast, and he even took care of a few other issues he found with the drone at no additional cost. I’m really not sure what more you could ask for.
I dropped my drone and it needed some repairs, I have contacted the vendor, DJI, and they were at least 2-3 weeks out before they can even diagnose and let me know what the damage was. Taylor was very helpful, for a small charge, he picked up the drone and dropped it off. He will communicate with you on what to his findings are and he will suggest some repair options. He communicates via text, in my opinion, he over does it. He had my drone fixed and brought back to me in condition that exceeded expectations
