Please do not contact this guy about drone repair this guy suffers from schizophrenia… He took my 1300$ drone for repair and never returned it and blocked my number and it’s nothing I can do but take him to small claims court… He lives in the apartment complex enso on San Pablo with his mom I found out all of this information from the front office of the apartments because that’s where I met again this guy has but me and my business in a bad spot
Have a long talk on the phone about my drone issue and Taylor was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I did not sent my drone to him because I have insurance but didn’t stopped him to explain me everything even after I sent my drone back to DJI he was still explaining how everything would work out. That’s the kind of professionalism it makes a difference
I’ve flown drones professionally for over 5 1/2 years. As a licensed private pilot, I was one of the first 1,000 people to be licensed by the FAA to fly drones commercially. Finally, the odds caught up to me and I crashed my Phantom 4 Pro V2. My insurance company asked me to get a detailed estimate from a drone repair place. I Googled businesses in Northeast Florida and found TailorMade Drone Repair. I never dealt with TailorMade in the past. The owner was professional, kind and attentive to my needs. He carried himself in a very professional manner. Additionally, he turned the repair estimate around in one day. This was a big deal for my claim process to begin. This guy is awesome! I brought my drone to him before I had to go to Japan in a few days and he fixed it in a few days and got it to me right before my trip. I had an issue with the camera not moving and he fixed it and now it’s great. Thank you man!
Lesson learned through this whole ordeal: Have 360 view/line of sight of your drone at all times. If I would of known this before, I wouldn’t have “demolished” my Mavic Pro Drone. Crash alone, I didn’t think it would fly again, but Taylor was able to not only get back in the air, but have the programming working like new. He was very professional, updated me on every part that was needed, and every step of the diagnostic he was on. I would recommend his services to anyone in the area for the affordability, and passion of every project he is working on!
