The bad reviews have to be a mistake. Taylor was prompt and over communicated everything from start to finish. His pricing is fair, his turnaround time was incredibly fast, and he even took care of a few other issues he found with the drone at no additional cost. I’m really not sure what more you could ask for.
This guy saved my drone! He is basically the wizard of drones. When I first crashed my Drone I thought it was over. Sent my drone to him and it came back working better than ever. Highly recommend
I dropped my drone and it needed some repairs, I have contacted the vendor, DJI, and they were at least 2-3 weeks out before they can even diagnose and let me know what the damage was. Taylor was very helpful, for a small charge, he picked up the drone and dropped it off. He will communicate with you on what to his findings are and he will suggest some repair options. He communicates via text, in my opinion, he over does it. He had my drone fixed and brought back to me in condition that exceeded expectations
Did a great job repairing my DJI mini with a stuck gimbal. Got the drone back fast, like within a few days. Good communication from him as well as what things would cost etc. Would recommend to anyone needing drone repair.
