Staff is friendly and helpful but inventory isnt the best parts wise. Most of the times Ive came in they didnt have what I needed but other than that pretty good shop. Definitely the place to go to browse new models however. Mostly arrma stuff
Went in and bought a RC & battery, charger, etc, got home charged the battery to full, ran the RC once (the RC never died we stop playing and brought it inside) went to put the battery on charge and it was broke it wouldn’t charge at all went back to the store and they told me there was nothing they could do for me I have to contact the manufacturer, didn’t even have the battery 24hours , had to spend another $80 to get another battery. This place is a serious joke, how could you not even bother to help on something you sold less than 24hours before! I will be finding a different store to use, completely unacceptable. Spend 100s of dollars here just to be told they can’t do anything for you.
Went yesterday with my son and they treated us so well. Blown away by the kindness we received. Got the upgraded battery we needed and a new Losi. We will definitely be coming back!
I really like this hobby store I went to graves rc if I remember the name right.I like the graves rc because of the rc planes there is but Remote control hobbies specializes in rc cars. Great service You could drop off rc cars for repair would recommend.
Take my advice this store needs a investigation poor customer service treat you like a dog the owner suck everyone take your money when something happens all hell breaks loose Craves an Micheal’s in altamonte mall for the win those guys there are awesome Got a car from RC hobby next day it broke they wouldn’t honor it craves did , honored my car an got me sorted out even doo I didn’t buy it from them Michael hobby shop was very helpful also. Stay away from RC hobby shop my advice
