I first purchased shocks for a Blackzon truck I had. While in the store I feel I love with the bigger cars. I went back purchased a 1/10 slash then went back and got a Bigfoot no.1 everyone was nice and very helpful to me and answer all my questions. I had a problem with my Bigfoot truck and had to take it back so they can look at it. They was very nice and honest and very helpful. Highly recommended.
Absolute best experience. They didn’t try and sell me anything only gave me honest and upfront advice. Example: he stated that the googles are not for everyone and that the batteries on the particular model I bought only last around 5 min. Those are two negative aspects some wouldn’t mention to keep the money flowing. I got it home and I’m so impressed. Easy 5 star
If you go to this place ask for KYLE ! A genius would be an understatement for the amount of knowledge and skill he has. But most importantly he takes pleasure in genuinely wanting to help others in the feild of FPV and RC. Finding someone with both qualities is rare and he is a true Gem at this store. I was scared to invest in FPV with the lack of knowledge of programming and tech stuff. I spent hrs on a sim and think I flown pretty decent. If it wasn’t for KYLE and his inspiration and willingness to help me put the pieces together and take the step I would have never gotten into FPV. And since he helped me get into the air I am truly having the thrill of my life! It is a blast and I owe it all to God for putting him in my path. If you’re in my shoes or curious GO there and ask for KYLE you won’t regret it! Now a days I don’t know how much these reviews mean but I hope he gets recognized for his superior customer service and awesomeness!
The folks I interacted with at this shop were all ostensibly nice, so I hate having to 1-star them, but unfortunately they're way off base when it comes to taking care of their customers: Purchased an RC Boat from them a few weeks ago, and the controller that came with it was defective - steering wheel broke within the first 5 minutes of totally normal use. I contacted the folks at the shop here about it, and it was a frustrating run-around... Essentially they told me they were unwilling to accept any returns as the "boat had been used" (LOL, it was a literal display model by the way!)... They said I needed to contact Horizon Hobby (boat manufacturer) directly... OK, whatever... So I do that, and while that was (and continues to be) another frustrating saga, HH did end up sending me a new controller... However, that new controller simply will NOT pair with the boat... So here we are weeks later - I'm wasting an immense amount of my own time taking videos, writing emails to HH, etc., and again, I've used this boat for a grand total of 5 minutes. Lesson for the folks over at "RC-N-Go": If you are a reseller of a product, you address customer concerns straight away, and then battle the manufacturer on your side. Proper customer service would have been: "So sorry to hear that sir, bring that boat back in, we'll handle it, and we'll order you a brand new one and have it mailed to you." If I have a Day #1 issue with a Milwaukee power tool purchased at Ace Hardware, for example, I take it straight back to them and THEY deal with it... They don't act like total clowns and tell me to contact Milwaukee! I obviously will never be back to shop here, and I hope this note helps to caution others about how myopic and inflexible this store is... Good luck!
I just visited for the first time today. The staff member tending the shop was SUPER helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about FPV. He took the time to explain how things work properly in a way that made you feel good. He didn't talk down to me or treat me like I was stupid. Thanks to him I left with a head full of knowledge and was able to power up my first build for the first time this afternoon. I highly recommend visiting the store and supporting local, pricing was more than fair. I know I'll be back.
