I'm new to the RC world and they gave me the best customer service you can ever ask for. The owner is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The employees are extremely friendly and are fellow hobbyist. If your interested in getting into FPV and are in the area I completely recommend shopping here than an online store.
I just visited for the first time today. The staff member tending the shop was SUPER helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about FPV. He took the time to explain how things work properly in a way that made you feel good. He didn't talk down to me or treat me like I was stupid. Thanks to him I left with a head full of knowledge and was able to power up my first build for the first time this afternoon. I highly recommend visiting the store and supporting local, pricing was more than fair. I know I'll be back.
Woah. Super upset I didn’t discover this place sooner!!!!. If you’re into drones at all 10/10 must come here. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are literally the same as places online or possibly even less! I haven’t seen a physical store have prices better than online in a long time. I only purchased some propellers and some 1S batteries because I only came to the store because I randomly was driving by and saw their sign so just made a purchase to support. Wish I had bought my Drone RTF kit from here. They have the newer Tinyhawk at great price.
This is a follow up to a review I did some months ago when their store was still transitioning to the new building. I’ll be completely honest, this store is probably 90% of the reason I took up flying FPV in the first place. I’d initially bought a handful of parts to accommodate my wife’s fleeting interest in flying for an opportunity at her job, but this shop is just so much fun to go into I couldn’t help but come back again and again. Let me start with pricing, RC-N-Go has yet to sell me a part that was not equal to or less than anything I found on the internet Goliath Amazon. For a locally owned retail store these days, that’s darn impressive and makes going here first a no brainer, my bias against Amazon and the TRT poster boy rocket jockey himself not withstanding. Then there’s the customer service. No matter how busy that the counter is, I’m cheerfully greeted by whoever is working every time I come in. The small staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and eager to please, and the ladies especially strive to recognize return customers and provide a personable experience. Luis has always been able to answer my questions and even asked for feedback on new products that I’ve been the first to take home on multiple occasions. Their selection and diversity of items is impressive, and thoughtfully selected. Whether your interest is in Street cars, trucks, or quads, RTR/RTF kits, parts or tools, they have you covered. I’ve yet to find another store in the area that even caters to the FPV niche at all, but there’s no need because they do it well. I’ve not had to utilize the repair services offered here(incredibly, considering you’d have thought my hobby was turning paychecks into parts early on 😅) but I’d have nothing but confidence in taking anything here. If you’ve taken the time to read this review, then do yourself the favor and get off your butt and just go check out this gem of a hobby shop. I can’t recommend them enough and they will have my patronage for years to come. Thanks for being great at what you do and bringing your passion to the area guys!
I dropped by today to see the shop. I was impressed. Very nicely laid out, super friendly staff and very helpful explaining the various drone options available. Boats, planes, cars and trucks are there too. I'll be back...
