⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Billy saved my week (and my phone!) My iPhone 13 had been dying on me all week, shutting off every few minutes. I was honestly so sad and stressed because I couldn't rely on it for anything. I went in expecting to have to pay for a repair, but Billy was amazing. He tested my phone for 15 minutes and it didn't shut off once. He checked the sensor, which was fine, and saw my battery health was at 78%. He explained the difference between an original battery and a knock-off and said he could sell me one, but he was honest and told me I didn't actually need it yet. We tested it for another 30 minutes and it stayed on the whole time! He told me to charge it overnight and see how it does. If it lasts until around 8 PM, I'm good. If it dies by 2 PM or the problem comes back, then I'll need a new battery. My phone is working again and I'm so relieved! Billy was patient, honest, and didn't try to upsell me at all. 10/10, I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Billy! 🙏📱
Billy was amazing and easy to work with. He was responsive when I would follow up on my drone and he was able to get the repair done perfectly. He is fair and honest about his pricing and will tell you things straight up. He repaired a DJI mavic air 3s - saved my business thank you.
Billy was as great!! He helped me with a volume rocker problem on my original 3DS and solved it in just a few minutes! Extremely recommended for any problems you may have with your console!!
Fast, honest, and efficient service! Would definitely recommend.
I’ve been using this company for over a decade now. Any time I have had an issue with a phone or tablet, I’ve brought it here. The staff have always been upfront and honest. If it isn’t worth my money, they explain openly that I shouldn’t bother. Whenever they have repaired my electronics, the price and quality is A+. Complete professionalism and expert knowledge. Couldn’t recommend them more.
