Outstanding service, even on a holiday! I dropped off two phones on Memorial Day — one with a cracked screen and another that had been submerged in a chlorine pool. Despite the holiday, they were super fast, honest, and professional. My screen was fixed in less than 3 hours, and the water-damaged phone was repaired within 24 hours. Ifix it 911 went above and beyond to fix my ps5 hdmi connectivity issue. First, they tried fixing just the port itself and once I brought it back to them and stated it didn’t work for my smart TV they went the extra mile and even fixed the hdmi part on the motherboard (free of charge) which in turn fixed my issue now I can play my PS5 comfortably again! I was using remote play for 5months before I came across ifix 911! Billy & Dian did everything in their power to make sure my experience was the best.
