I spent several months communicating with this company before purchasing a Teledyne FLIR SIRUS drone, and I made the decision based on their guidance and recommendations. What I was not told—at any point—was that this model was about to be discontinued. It was essentially discontinued right after my purchase, which immediately raised concerns about long-term support and reliability. Unfortunately, the drone has had multiple issues and has been largely unusable for the specific purposes I clearly discussed with them beforehand. When I reached out for help, the follow-through just wasn’t there. Responses became inconsistent, and after we submitted a service/return request form, communication stopped altogether. This was a $10,000 purchase. I expected transparency, a functional product, and basic customer support—none of which were delivered in a way that reflects that level of investment. I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions.
This location does not offer walk in service nor do they have product instock. It seems they have changed their business to a government enterprise solution provider. If you are looking to view and purchase Drones for private enjoyment this is not the place to go. Location Picture is not correct. They are now located on the first floor of an office building. The person who answered the door was very pleasant in her explanation of the change of corporate direction. They should update the public facing media to reflect the changes so people don't waste their time. This the 2 stars.
Items listed for sale are may not actually be stocked and same day shipping by 3pm is incorrect. I purchased a 'digital' drone care package on a Friday evening and despite multiple contacts to secure delivery information, the order was cancelled the following Friday with no warning, reason, or additional communication. My drone now has passed the initial activation time window and now am required to send my drone into the manufacturer to verify the drone is still eligible for the care plan.
If I could have given them negative stars I would have. Beware do not buy from this place. Placed an order online it never showed , up no communication for months. I called them multiple times. Sending an emails spoke to them twice. They lied to me both times I told them their customer service was terrible and the guy told me it wasn’t that they had bad customer service. He said we don’t have any customer service because we have laid everyone off. That’s literally exactly what he told me. It wasn’t until I threatened to call their local sheriffs department and report them for fraud they finally refunded my money. I see other people had good experiences with this place so I don’t know what happened to them, but my experience sucked
i found them on YouTube and decided to give them a call and they customer service was far the best i ever had in my life. i bought one of their enterprise level drones and i wasn’t disappointed at all. one of the workers name Chris went out his way and make sure my drone was delivered to me with in hours by paying for the next day air due to i was traveling international. to add on i received a 3-month DJI Terra software, which was a free $400. i went to other deals and they could never stand up to the quality like Florida Drone Supply.
