I bought my first drone from Drone Nerds back in 2014, the Phantom 3 Standard. Today I have the Mavic Mini 2 and the Mavic 2 Pro. I never use the Phantom 3 anymore because I was tired of the props showing in the video, and it was just too big and boxy. I love the Mavic Mini 2 the best because of its size and 4K quality. I like the Mavic 2 Pro for its large sensors and collision avoidance sensors. Drone Nerds has always been helpful because the guys there are always very knowledgeable about all the drones. I'll certainly buy my next drone from them.
Sent my DJI mini 3 pro here after crashing it. I damaged the gimbal. They sent me photos of the drone when they received it to there location. Updated me on all diagnostics through email. Waited on my responses for approval and repair. Provide details during the process all the way until it was back on my door step. I am happy with the repairs and customer contact.
I took my Inspire 1 drone in for repairs with electronic malfunctions, they found the problem, replaced the bad part, and tested the drone for me. I am very happy with the results. I would recommend anyone to have their drones repaired at this place, they are knowledgeable and total professionals.
