I made a visit to the store with the intention of seeking guidance for a gadget that I recently acquired, and I must say, the assistance provided by Nick and Luis was truly remarkable. They displayed exceptional kindness and went above and beyond to assist me. As a result, I decided to purchase some additional accessories. Although I have not yet opened the package, I am hopeful that I will not encounter any issues that would require me to return them. I had been considering getting a drone to get some cool shots for my planned YouTube channel and whilst in the Wynwood area of Miami decided to check out the DJI store on NW 2nd Ave. This is one of the coolest drone stores I have ever visited and my experience was about to be elevated to a whole other level. I was greeted by Harold who firstly offered us a cool refreshing cup of ice water, clearly observing our sweat drenched appearance. After returning with our drinks Harold proceeded to do something rare in sales he listened to my requirements and then proceeded to tell us all about the range of appropriate DJI drones. What was refreshing was there was no attempt to make the fast sale but he actually told us about a new drone soon to be released the ‘DJI Mini Pro 4’ following in the footsteps of the highly successful DJI Mini Pro 3 with the addition of video recording at up to 4K 100fps, as well as omnidirectional obstacle avoidance, yeah baby! With this news I decided that it would be worth waiting for the release of this new Mini Pro, but we were not done yet, Harold proceeded to give us a tour of the other available DJI products culminating in the DJI Osmo Mobile 6, Smartphone Stabiliser, which I was so impressed with that we purchased one to use with my iPhone 13 Pro. This was a absolutely first class shopping experience and we will definitely be back for our next drone purchase and look forward to meeting Harold and the DJI team again at their super cool Wynwood store. If you are in the South Florida area and are in the market for a drone or smartphone/camera stabilisers this is a must visit store for five-star attentive, professional service. Great job the DJI Team, maximum respect for your Amazing Customer Service.
If I can give zero star, I would do it. I purchased a drone two days ago, during these two days the remote overheated badly which resulted on one of the legs broken. I brought the drone to the store and because they couldn't replicate the issue, they refuses to replaced it. At some point I asked the manager if they can repair it on the same day as I needed the drone ASAP. He said "hold on" he went to the back of the store, at the same time I said to my husband "This store is not providing a good service, I don't like the way we've been treated". When the manager (Harold R.) returned to us, he literally retaliated because the opinion I issued. He said "Oh you don't like the service we provided here?" and I said, "No, I don't". And he inmediately said, "Well, no, we can't repair it". This is the way customers are treated in this store. Your business is NOT welcome here, just your money and in the event you have a situation, guest what? The manager won't care AND they won't recogize the DJI Headquarters in case you speak to them. NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.
