Bad owner, bad business practices, prioritizing profit instead of customer experience. Will charge you extra even if he doesn't need to. Giving off the same vibes as a shady mechanic. Edit: owners reply to my review is totally idiotic, he runs a repair shop but doesn't do repairs??? I didn't break the drone trying to save money it crashed. His reply to this should tell you all you need to know about this shop. Second edit: owner not only deleted his reply to my review but also left an illegal fake bad review on my business which will result in a defamation case.
What a great experience! Technician is very honest, reasonable, great to work with. This level of excellent customer service is not easily found in Florida. Don’t hesitate to go here for your computer repairs!
I had a terrific experience with 1 Repair Center when my phone crashed and burned yesterday. Miguel was incredibly helpful fixing my phone within a half hour and at a reasonable price. They were recommended to me and I have already passed their info along.
Excellent service. After taking a PS4 to other well known repair shops, one of them being Ubreakifix and telling me about this place, it has been great advise. At 1Repair Center, they were honest, kept me informed throughout the process and fixed the PS4 at a reasonable price. They made my teenage son very happy. Thank you very much. 👍🏻😀
I just want to say after bouncing between 4 phone repair shops I’m so glad I stepped foot into 1 repair! Not only did they have the most affordable price for the service I needed it only took 30-40 min to fix my phone! That in itself deserves 5 stars! Not to mention Miguel! He was super knowledgeable and answered every question with ease! I’m so glad to have my phone in damn near brand new condition !
