The week before Christmas I was at a family event filming with my drone. I had an incident while using the active track feature and the Drone hit a tree while following someone on a motorized vehicle. I contacted fix and fly drones on the following Monday and received a response promptly, even though it was 4 days before Christmas. The owner informed me of the steps needed to drop it off for repair. The Drone was dropped off on Monday and picked up the next day with the repairs completed and in new condition. I was very thankful that they were able to get this job completed and before the big holiday break as I had lots of plans for creating content through the holiday break. Absolutely fantastic experience with Fix N Fly Drones! I brought my crashed DJI Air 3 in, worried it might be done for, but these guys worked magic. If you are looking for a drone repair place, look no further. I needed help with my drone thinking I had done some serious damage to it. I heard back from them the very next day and they helped me with my issue, hopefully I won't need another drone repair but if I do, i know where I am going.
Crashed my drone and needed a quick repair to get back to business. My drone was up and running in a couple of business days. Along the way, Craig kept me informed and aware of any and all work to be completed based on the situation. After all was said and done, my drone is back up and running and I am glad to have listened to the previous 5-star reviews. My drone is the DJI Mini 3 Pro, he even threw in a gimbal protector, since I sent it in without one, even though I accidentally forgot to attach it prior to giving it to him, which is a nice touch.
