WOW Craig diagnosed my drone is about 5 words. Shipped it to them. Next day estimate . Then approved. Then repaired. Then invoiced paid. Shipped back the all in the same day. My drone looks and feels like new again. Packaging shipping perfect and quick no messing around. I have 12 Drones and none of mine will ever go any other place for repairs. My local club sends them stuff and they say Fix n Fly Drones is the best. Now I understand why. Price was great also. Very happy.
Craig is the drone master! He is FAST, AFFORDABLE, & COMMUNICATIVE. He was there every step of the repair, very concise, thorough, and let me know his thoughts the whole time. Overnighted my part and made it happen! Cant say enough good things about this man and his business. His address listed is a UPS store so you can ship it right to them. Aside from this review, Craig at Fix n Fly Drones has 760 5-star reviews and my man deserves every single one of them. Incredible service, kept me up to date the whole time even when shipping on my part was delayed. I called my wife after my drone was damaged, she found Fix n Fly Drones online while I left my job site, and I got my drone in that same day. Aside from getting my parts in, no time was wasted repairing this drone and Craig had me up and running inside of a week. This is my business’s only drone, and Craig made sure to ask that knowing that this would be putting a pretty big strain on my services, so he made sure I didn’t spend any longer out of work than I had to. THAT’S caring for your customer. 100000/5 stars. God forbid my drone breaks again, but if it does, Fix N Fly Drones is my GO-TO call now and they should be yours as well.
