If I could have given them negative stars I would have. Beware do not buy from this place. Placed an order online it never showed , up no communication for months. I called them multiple times. Sending an emails spoke to them twice. They lied to me both times I told them their customer service was terrible and the guy told me it wasn’t that they had bad customer service. He said we don’t have any customer service because we have laid everyone off. That’s literally exactly what he told me. It wasn’t until I threatened to call their local sheriffs department and report them for fraud they finally refunded my money. I see other people had good experiences with this place so I don’t know what happened to them, but my experience sucked
This location does not offer walk in service nor do they have product instock. It seems they have changed their business to a government enterprise solution provider. If you are looking to view and purchase Drones for private enjoyment this is not the place to go. Location Picture is not correct. They are now located on the first floor of an office building. The person who answered the door was very pleasant in her explanation of the change of corporate direction. They should update the public facing media to reflect the changes so people don't waste their time. This the 2 stars.
Had dealt with this company in the past for 2 surveying drones. Have spent over $20,000 with this company thru the years. I have paid a bill for repair of a controller. Now i have no controller and out money for repairs. At this point the fraud department has to take it over. They will not answer phones or respond to emails. Avoid this company at all cost. This is a ZERO STAR RATING!
This store is the biggest ripoff. Ordered a lens from them to overnight over a month ago. They never sent the lens and keep promising to refund my money. Cody, and the others who work here are horrible to deal with. Buyer beware!!!
i found them on YouTube and decided to give them a call and they customer service was far the best i ever had in my life. i bought one of their enterprise level drones and i wasn’t disappointed at all. one of the workers name Chris went out his way and make sure my drone was delivered to me with in hours by paying for the next day air due to i was traveling international. to add on i received a 3-month DJI Terra software, which was a free $400. i went to other deals and they could never stand up to the quality like Florida Drone Supply.
