Have a long talk on the phone about my drone issue and Taylor was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I did not sent my drone to him because I have insurance but didn’t stopped him to explain me everything even after I sent my drone back to DJI he was still explaining how everything would work out. That’s the kind of professionalism it makes a difference

Was able to come and get my dji mini 4 pro and fixed the gimbal within a week! Everyone else in the area had a million rules and would never reply! Stick with tailormade drone repair!

Best repair company there is. He will meet you if he can and most importantly will update you throughout the whole process. He does his best to get your drone back up and working and very quickly. I thought i would’ve had to buy a new drone but he got the job done. I’m definitely coming back guaranteed
