My guy was amazing luis helped me calibrate my dji focus pro I tried so many times by my self and I couldn’t get it done. I went into the store and he got it exactly right I’m very happy with his knowledge and professionalism thanks my friend!!!!
The staff at the DJI store were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available to assist and providing excellent customer service. The store itself was spacious, with a wide variety of products on display, offering a great opportunity to explore DJI's offerings. However, the inventory was limited, with only large drones in stock and no smaller models available for purchase. Since I had already placed an order online and learned it would take a long time to arrive, I visited the store hoping to make a quicker purchase. Unfortunately, I was informed that new stock wouldn’t arrive until the following month, even though it was just the second day of this month. A better balance between display models and purchasable stock would improve the shopping experience. Despite this, the staff's excellent service made my visit positive overall.
Customer service was lackluster, the employee was more concerned watching the soccer game on his phone than helping customers. Felt like I was bothering him lol
